We ordered a beautiful french style mirror and although we live on a peninsula in Scotland where delivery was not possible James Taylor coordinated with a Scottish mainland star age faculty to accept our mirror. The customer service has been excellent from start to finish with email updates when delays occurred due to Brexit ( out of their control). Always helpful and professional the mirror arrived on date given in pristine condition. Good value for the money. We would use them again and have shared heir website with our daughter who has just bought her first home. So thank you again.
