The mirror I wanted was out of stock however they kept in regular communication and eventually I was able to place a ‘provisional’ order. The mirror was on a lead time of 6-8 weeks but arrived far quicker which was great.After opening the packaging I noticed some damage and the lady I dealt with, Amber, was incredibly helpful. She put a few options on the table and we reached an agreement both parties were happy with.Given the way Amber dealt with my complaint I would absolutely use them again.
