To be honest wasnt happy with the colour of the mirror. But James Taylor have been very good to help the customers and make sure there happy and was offered an exchange. Overall they have been amazing and have purchased alot of mirrors for friends and families.

Id never heard of this company before but they kept popping up on my social media. I was very impressed by the service, particularly the delivery. Getting a text from the actual delivery driver and being given a phone number to contact each other should there be any delivery issues was very unusual and refreshingly personal vs the generic/faceless courier services you usually get.Good quality product, well packaged for safe delivery too

I am very happy with my experience of James Taylor. I am most concerned with the delivery experience of buying larger bulky items online, but I was reassured from reading the experience of others on this page. After my item was dispatched, I was sent an email by WM with the mobile number of my courier advising a two day delivery window. It advised that my courier would get in touch to advise which day delivery would fall on, which he did. He also gave me a four hour delivery slot that day. He told me that if I needed it, he could also let me know when he was an hour away. The mirror was well packaged and I couldn’t recommend this company enough. My one bit of feedback would be to have more pictures of the mirror online than just two.
