Ive purchased two mirrors from James Taylor and their customer service is outstanding to match the quality of their mirrors. Unfortunately our second mirror had damage to the one corner. I contacted them and they got back to me immediately to arrange collection and delivery of a replacement mirror within one week. I cannot fault this company; they are amazing 1000% recommend
