I had a really positive experience using James Taylor. I found a mirror that I loved and once it was ordered I was kept updated throughout the delivery process. The mirror arrived well packaged and was in great condition. The mirror was even nicer than I thought it would be! My only feedback would be that it would be nice if the mirror had come with attachments meaning it could be hung horizontally or vertically. We were not 100% sure where we were going to put the mirror but because it only had the option to hang it vertically, that made our decision for us. Otherwise, love the mirror and would definitely order from here again!
