I shopped with James Taylor for the first time and I am so pleased I chose their company to buy my mirror from as I have been looking for months. A lot of their stock is sadly out of stock but after reading their amazing returns policy it gave me great confidence and peace of mind in ordering one I liked but wasnt 100% sure on, just Incase I needed to return or exchange. (Many companies charge to return/and some dont even let you) I ordered the silver Cristina mirror (198×120) very very late Friday and I received it by Sunday! The communication throughout was impeccable. They sent an email asking me to send the driver a text to arrange delivery, absolutely incredible service and I couldnt be happier! The delivery man (didnt catch his name) was also lovely and really helpful! Finally, the mirror is of course beautiful, amazing quality, amazingly packaged and honestly I loved it even more than I thought I would! Fantastic! I cant wait to buy my first home, over the coming months, as I will be a continuing customer of yours. Thank you.
