After waiting for our mirror to come in stock it eventually did which I was over the moon about. Delivery was very personalised which was brilliant as the lovely driver Neil text the night before and again with an ETA on the day. We put our mirror up and unfortunately there was a mark on it but I emailed the Company straight away and they couldnt of been more helpful. It was exchanged a week later by the same delivery guy who again was so lovely and apologetic. To me Customer service is a true reflection of a company as yes I wasnt happy but they did everything in their power to resolve the issue straight away for me including being very responsive to emails so it certainly didnt leave me feeling annoyed, it was just one of those things. Anyway my new mirror is up and I couldnt be happier! Its amazing. Definitely worth the wait :)) I cant wait to order another one !
