After I placed my order I was kept updated on every step of the process, I brought a full length mirror in the sale. However once it arrived, the packaging itself was damaged & damp. The mirror unfortunately had mould growing on it, I can only assumed this was from where the mirror was stored. The mirror itself is damaged from the poor packaging, Ive now been asked to wait 72 hours by James Taylor for an update on a refund or exchange. I am abit disappointed as I was looking forward to this & have taken time off work to wait in for this mirrorWill update my review as soon as the issue is resolved.James Taylor have now resolved my issue, after 3 days I have have my new mirror.
