Return Instructions:
1) Email our customer service department at customerservice@homedecormirrors.com to obtain a “Return merchandise authorization (RMA)” .
2) Complete the provided return form, including the RMA number and reason for return.
3) Pack your merchandise with the original packing materials, return form, packing slip, and product certificate (if applicable) in a cardboard shipping box.
4) Clearly print your name, address, and “Return merchandise authorization (RMA)” number on the package.
5) Ship the package via registered mail for secure transit. Ensure the package is insured for the full invoice value plus shipping charges, using your chosen delivery courier. Please note, homedecormirrors.com is not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping.
For items valued:
– Less than £1000: Ship through any courier, ensuring item insurance and obtaining a shipping confirmation for tracking.
– More than £1000: Mail via United States Postal Service (USPS) for insurance. Use delivery confirmation for tracking and receipt.
6) Print your name and address in the return area on the package and mail it to:
Please refrain from labeling the package with terms like “homedecormirrors.com,” “furniture,” “Mirror,” or other luxury-related words to minimize the risk of theft during transit.
Returns and Exchanges Conditions:
– Items must be returned within 30 days of the shipment date from homedecormirrors.com.
– Packages without an “RMA” number will not be accepted.
– Each item must be returned in unworn, undamaged condition with the original security tag intact. Damaged items due to client negligence will not be refunded.
– Custom work, personalized items, or special orders cannot be refunded unless there is an error on our behalf.
– Refunds will be processed within 15-20 business days of item receipt.
– Shipping, handling, and insurance costs will be refunded only if homedecormirrors.com is liable for the error.
– Items that have been exchanged are not eligible for refund.
– Engraved items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
For furniture returns, our experts will inspect mirrors for wear and tear before processing refunds, exchanges, or credits. Custom made Mirrors cannot be returned for refund, but can be exchanged. We offer resizing for furniture for a fee.
Defective Item Repair:
We warranty our products to be free of defects for 30 days from purchase. If a defect is found, we will repair or replace the item. Notify us within 10 days of shipment for warranty claims.
Mispriced Items Policy:
In the event of a mispriced item, we will contact you for instructions before shipping:
1. If priced too high, we will issue a refund for the difference.
2. If priced too low, we offer a 10% discount off the correct price.
